Security Software
Software firewalls such as Zone Alarm Pro, Black Ice or Norton
Internet Security can cause a problem because they double as content
filters. Zone Alarm Pro can prevent JavaScript or Java applets -
which Transport SA uses for the menu system on its web site - from
working.
Here are some brief instructions on how to configure Zone Alarm
to access Transport SA site. If you use a different firewall, you
will find the same settings on your version.

STEP
1 |
Open the Zone Alarm control panel. You can
double-click on the ZA icon in the system tray. |

STEP 2 |
Click on Firewall on the left side, and
make sure the Trusted Zone Security is set to Medium. It is
recommended
that the "Internet Zone Security" is set to medium,
but any setting is acceptible.

STEP 3 |

STEP 5 |

This step is crucial in the proper display of
the Transport SA menu system.

STEP 6 |
If you click Custon for the Mobile Code
Control, make sure None of the three boxes are checked.
Click OK
This should complete your settings. Make
sure you save the settings when you close the program. If
you continue to have problems, you should disable or uninstall
Zone Alarm to see if you can access the
site without it.
We do not support Zone Alarm. If you have questions
about using it, you will need to contact the
software manufacturer.
