Having problems accessing the online transactions?

Do you have a supported browser?

For you to successfully complete an online transaction over the Internet you must be running a supported web browser on a supported operating system (OS).

While the transaction may function successfully on any OS/browser combination, support is provided only with respect to one of the following:

OPERATING SYSTEMS BROWSERS
Windows 98SE Navigator 6.2
Communicator 7.0
Internet Explorer 5.5
Internet Explorer 6.0

OPERATING SYSTEMS BROWSERS
MAC OS X Navigator 6.2
Communicator 7.0
Internet Explorer 5.2 for MAC

As Microsoft and Netscape release later Web Browser versions, the transaction processing facility will be upgraded to accommodate them.

Should you not have a relevant web browser, you can download one from either the Microsoft (www.microsoft.com) or Firefox (www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/) websites.

Are filters or firewalls preventing access to the transactions?

Your computer may use security features such as filters and firewalls to prevent unauthorized people reaching it. This is common in business and organisations with large or sensitive computer systems.
Your Internet Service Provider may also impose similar security features which prevent some types of data from reaching home PC's.
