  • 108 people have been seriously injured in JANUARY 2008.
  • 59 serious injuries were males and 49 were females.
  • 82 were vehicle occupants, 12 were motorcycle riders, 11 were pedestrians and 3 were cyclists.
  • In JANUARY 2008, there were 52 serious injuries in the country and 56 in Adelaide.
  • Of the 89 serious injury crashes in JANUARY 2008, 54 involved a single vehicle and 35 involved more than one vehicle.
  • 74 crashes involved a single serious injury and 15 involved multiple serious injuries.
