KEY FACTS:

683 people have been seriously injured on South Australian roads during 2007, compared with 694 during 2006.

125 people have been seriously injured in JUNE 2007.

80 serious injuries were males and 45 were females.

107 were vehicle occupants, 14 were motorcycle riders, 2 were cyclists and 2 were pedestrians.

In JUNE 2007, there were 70 serious injuries in the country and 55 in Adelaide.

Of the 92 serious injury crashes in JUNE 2007, 57 involved a single vehicle and 35 involved more than one vehicle.
71 crashes involved a single serious injury and 21 involved multiple serious injuries.
