Replacement registration labels

If you have lost or damaged your registration label, certificate or short term unregistered vehicle permit, you can ask for a replacement.

You are required to complete an ‘Application for Replacement Registration Certificate or Label or Unregistered Vehicle Permit' form.

This form must be personally signed by the registered owner/operator. You are also required produce your driver's licence or evidence of your identity .

You can apply for replacements at any Customer Service Centre or by post .

The replacement document will be issued to you immediately upon payment of the fee.
