- UNSEALED ROADS INFORMATION
- Burra to Sturt Vale - Open - caution due to speed restrictions
- Plumbago to Bimbowie -4wd only - caution at creek crossings,gutters and very deep rutting.-High clearance vehicles only.
- Yunta/ Eastern pastoral area - caution at creek crossings and flood damaged areas.
- Birdsville Inside Track (Alton Downs Station access) - Closed until further notice due to flooding of Goyders Lagoon . Note: this is not the main Birdsville Track
- PUBLIC ACCESS ROUTE (PAR) INFORMATION
- Halligan Bay Track PAR into Lake Eyre - Open to 4WD with caution - Trailers and caravans are not recommended.
- Level Post Bay Track PAR to Lake Eyre - 4wd with caution -trailers and caravans not recommended.Camping is available at the Muloorina Campground.
- K1 Warburton PAR into the Simpson Desert is CLOSED until further notice due to flooding
- Pedirka PAR - into Witjira National Park 4wd vehicles only with caution at creek crossings and sand dune crests.Trailers and caravans not recommended.
- Walkers Crossing PAR - CLOSED until further notice due to flooding

Changes have recently been made for accessing pastoral leased land.
A flyer has been produced by the South Australian Association of
Four Wheel Drive Clubs (SAAFWDC) to better inform members of the
touring public about the nature of the leases and the requirements
and full responsibilities for those wishing to traverse them.
