If you wish to travel on a route that is not specified in a Gazette Notice, or a Gazette Notice does not meet the operating requirements for your vehicle, you will need to apply for a Permit (application forms provided below).

Heavy Vehicle Permits are currently under review, and Transport Operators are being given an opportunity to provide feedback on the design of these forms.
