Driving Hours Exemptions

There is no specific provision in the new driving law exempting bee keepers or livestock carriers. Written applications can be made for a limited range of exemptions as prescribed by the legislation. Any exemption will be in place for no more than 3 years.

National Driving Hours Gazette Notices

Gazette Notices provide exemptions from the National Driving Hours legislation for certain types of vehicles operating in South Australia. You must make sure that you are operating under a current Notice.
